    We liked staying in this fairly clean hotel. The restaurant was great for breakfast, we ordered warm dishes. The most important was the staff - motivated and kind people...

    the location was perfect and excellent: a mall and a large shopping mall were within walking distance. even the juanda airport was not so far, 30 minutes drive away.

    The rooms are brand-new and good-sized. The beds are very comfy, the breakfast is delicious. It has good location in Surabaya right by the tunjungan plaza, all the staff reception, restaurant, housekeeping and concierge, and downtown of Surabaya. Tegalsari district deserves to be explored.

    The location is Great near the Plaza Tunjungan which is the shopping district of Surabaya. The hotel itself is located 5 minutes from District Court of Surabaya. It made me easier to attend court hearing. Right in front of the hotel there is a small restaurant called "Rawon Setan", famous for its outstanding yet cheap beef soup.

    I did not like how they convert USD to IDR above their own given rates. I saw in the front desk that 1 USD = IDR 8950, but the receptionist made the conversion USD 1 = IDR 10,000 without consulting with me.

    The units are spacious and offer excellent services. the breakfast is delicious and features a remarkable variety, including curry options to cater to all tastes. the staff is well-trained and exceptionally caring. the hotel's location is unbeatable, conveniently situated near numerous shops, restaurants, and a main mall. All departments, including reception, restaurant, housekeeping, and concierge, provide outstanding service.

    Lovely linens, and the staff are friendly and attentive.

    The hotel is TIRED....hasn't been renovated recently or particularly well maintained. The wall paper in my room was peeling, the bathroom fixtures very tired and rusty. They also use an overpowering air "freshener" to mask the mustiness in the rooms, but gave me an instant headache. The place is outrageously overpriced for the quality.

    The staff was incredibly warm and efficient . They found me at the very last minute a domestic flight at a very cheap price. A very warm reception ,Maybe better then thailand .

    The air conditioning in the room was too cold even if it turned off .
